Mango and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1 1/2 cups of non-sweetened plain yogurt
  • 1 small piece of freshly cut aloe vera

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the banana, and the mango. Wrap the fruit in plastic and freeze.
  2. Add the frozen fruit and yogurt to the blender.
  3. Peel the aloe vera and add 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel.
  4. Blend and add water to taste.
